Transition & Adjustment Support
A short-term service designed for families entering a new phase of elder care—whether adjusting to a recent diagnosis, a change in living arrangements, or the beginning of home care for the first time. A trained aide helps establish daily routines, familiarise the senior with the new support structure, and identify specific needs that may emerge over the first few weeks.
The service typically runs for two to six weeks and concludes with a summary report with recommendations for ongoing care. Ideal for families navigating unfamiliar territory who want guidance and practical help during the adjustment period.

A premium, fully dedicated care arrangement providing a highly experienced personal attendant for an elderly individual.
